Returns Policy Overview

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Spiritualtools.com within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.  You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of providing your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items that are Not Returnable

spiritualtools.org does not accept returns of the following items:

• Products customized specifically for your order
• Downloadable products
• Some Health & Personal Care items
• CD’s and DVD’s unless damaged
